Our stylists are trained to prescribe products and home care regimens suited for your individual needs. When you follow the prescription we suggest, your cut is guaranteed for two weeks, your color process is guaranteed for one week, and your permanent wave service is guaranteed for one month. When you have questions about the right products for you, please ask your designer.
If you are have an allergic reaction to any product you have purchased at Affinity, please return the product to the salon within 30 days and consult with the stylist who recommended it to you. We will be happy to exchange it for a product more suitable for your needs or to issue a salon credit.
