This was the first time I have ever had my hair done at Affinity Salon and Day Spa. I have had other services in the spa and have been obsessed with Aveda products more than half my life. I have been loyal to the same stylist forever and decided to give Affinity a chance for my hair since I use the products anyway. I was very apprehensive about trying someone new and decided to go darker on my hair for the first time in years! I hadn't had my hair colored in almost 3mos. and it was very light. I had a consultation with Katie Blosser who was very knowledgable and sweet. She didn't do a good job on my hair... she did an AMAZING job!!! David did my shampoo and he is really nice and talented being there for ten years!! I will definately be returning again and again!!! If Katie wasn't available I would trust any stylist there, everyone made me feel so good! All of the Stylists, Estheticians and staff are super friendly and nice!!!

I have lived in the Dayton area for 2 years now and after about a year of many misses when it came to salons, I finally found Affinity. I have always loved Aveda products, but the staff at Affinity is amazing! Lacy is my stylist and she is a professional in every sense of the word. She takes the time to listen to your ideas and then is very honest about what she can and can't do with your hair. She is very knowledeable as well as the rest of the staff. I love getting facials and my hair done at this salon. The price is average compared to other high end salons but the people make the experience.

I have been going to Affinity since 2004 with Laci cutting my hair and absolutely love it. They have the most experienced staff who cut great hair and use amazing products. I have had some REALLY bad experiences at other salons so it was such a relief to find not only a stylist but also a salon that care about your hair. There is no question when it comes to hair, you get what you pay for, so you won't pay $4.99 for a haircut, which is a good thing.

I am new to this salon and I cant believe it took me so long to find it! The staff is extremely friendly and professional...I see Laci and and she does a great job, but I would trust any of the staff there. The actual salon is beatiful-very clean and organized. The services offered are reasonably priced and they offer a wide range of products to purchase as well.

I am fairly new to the Dayton area... After a few visits around to other select Aveda Salons, I have happily ended up in the chairs at Affinity. My first visit was with Emma. She was fantastic. She listened to my wants, dislikes and hesitations. I walked out with new hi lights, style, and can't wait to return. She was able to apply what I wanted and personalize the color selections and 'magazine' style to fit my face and personality. The salon was clean, refreshing, and personal. I would recommend Affinity to anyone without a single hesitation!

I had been sick of my hairstyle for about 4 years, but every time I told my old stylist to do something different, I walked out looking exactly the same. I wanted a salon where I could sit in the chair and tell the stylist, "Do something--whatever you want!" without worrying that I'd walk out a mess. I found Craig's resume online and saw his extensive training, and I decided to give Affinity a try. CRAIG IS A GENIUS. He darkened my hair and gave me an Anne Hathaway-esque haircut that I never would have thought to request myself. The darker hair is so much more flattering to my skin that I now wear less makeup. Somewhere after 20, I lost track of the spontaneous compliments I got the next day. I paid big bucks, but it was worth every penny and I will go back every time. If you want an artist, Craig is the one to see.

I've been a client at Affinity for over two years...and there is a reason that I keep coming back. They do a great job of listening to my concept and then they execute the idea until completion. I appreciate that they are very professional. However, they aren't a pretentious salon & spa. I recommend them on a regular basis to friends!

I have experienced both salon and spa services at Affinity and I am always impressed. From the moment you enter the salon, you are treated like a valued guest. I appreciate the staffs willingness to listen to my ideas and at the same time suggest alternatives based on their extensive training. The salon offers big city style with a small city welcome...I am also impressed with their extensive Aveda product selection...I am hooked and you will be too!
